Battle of the Belly Button

This is a post I have been debating on when to actually write and publish. While I am a Christian, I'm still just a little superstition. So I've been hoping to put off the belly button pop as long as possible.

Hence the title! SweetPea and my body have been having a daily battle over my belly button. Will it pop out or no?

Saturday Spotlight

I know I've mentioned it before but starting next Saturday you can expect to see some Spotlights!! It may be local shops, it may be other bloggers or even some great etsy shops. Either way, they are going to be a ton of fun!!

Inspiration

Okay this is going to be a pretty quick post, I've got to finish my outline for my speech(if you're lucky I'll post it, the topic is very interesting).

I have been inspired.

I know what I want:

To live off a dirt road, with a lot of land. There has to be a creek, at the least. I was going through my blog reader, catching up on a lot of post I haven't had the time to read and came across this. And it made me start thinking of Oregon, and my grandparents and all the land that they have. Not to mention the family cabin. Or my dad. He has a beautiful house and there is a lot of land around it. I miss it.

But that is my goal. I will have a beautiful house(even if I have to build it myself :] )and I will have a few acres. At least 20. It's going to be grand. Just you wait!!

I had a few plans for this post, but I think I'm going to wing this.


I want everyone to know that I am a big supporter of our military, all branches. I find a man in uniform sexy, even more so when that is a military uniform. They put everything on the line for what they believe in. I feel horrible for not doing better at supporting them, especially one I went to high school with. He is currently in Afaganistan. So is a fellow blogger that I am about to share. I love reading her posts. I usually catch up on my google reader when I'm at the gym or getting ready for bed. I was actually at the gym when I read this post.

I think she's a great gal! And very brave for doing what she's doing.

Ladies and gentlemen I bid you Jenna McClure-Caldwell. This is one of my favorite posts of hers. It really hits home and inspires me to support the military more.
