Every new year hold the sparkle of excitement, newness, and wonder.
Yet the 2016 is holding the sparkle of beautiful and exciting wanderlust.

With the New Year there is already a loose yet slightly substantial schedule of things I'm so eager to accomplish, see, create, and achieve. It is all so exciting; I can't wait for January 1st to arrive so I can take everyone on the amazing journey it will be!

{Weekend Adventures}

Thank goodness it's Friday! Hopefully it will be a lovely weekend! The sky is turning pretty shades of grey now as we are all in anticipation of the rain we dearly need! Listening to the news this morning, I was surprised to learn how many areas are considered to be in a drought!

Cutting Back Just a Little

With me opening the etsy and facebook shops, and expecting to have my daughter any day I'm going to be cutting back my posting just a little. Hopefully I can kick my exhaustion and lethargy in the butt so that I can be 90% prepared for SweetPea's arrival. Tuesday through Friday you'll hear tons from me, but Saturday through Monday I'll be working on building my shop stock up, so that on maternity leave I won't run out of anything. Since my time will be taken up with cuddles, feedings, small attempts at cleaning and coming in to work. Not to mention organizing and attempting to sell a bunch of things that are taking up space in Casa Giallo. I will also be working on my photography!

With all of this trouble finding a Birth Photographer, as well as my annoyingly tight budget, I have been very very inspired to become a Birth Photographer. Not only is it a fantastic opportunity to bring beauty to one of the most beautiful moments in life, but I'm hoping to be able to bring a service to families who are like me. On a tight budget.

Oh Goodness.

What have I gotten myself into?

I made the first payment for college last night, so you can bet your bottom dollar I will be attending both of my classes everyday and I will be making A's in said classes. College Algebra and Spanish. I'm kinda excited about Spanish since so many members at work have been teaching me things. :)

Mom is coming over to fill in her part on my FAFSA. While she is here I'm going to bring up that I will probably be living with them after the baby is born. They are at some point moving to Missouri, I will be going with them more than likely, but my travel is limited until the baby is born and even a few months after that.

I'll be applying for SAB for summer semester of school, very excited. I'll probably apply for work study as well.

Like I said, 'what have I gotten myself into?'

There are quite a lot of things that I have to restructure as a single parent. The support system that has made its self known to me is amazing. I wish I could say I'm 100% happy about the pregnancy, but this isn't quite how I pictured my life. I am very very excited and already love this baby more than anything else in this world, coupled with the people who are so supportive makes it even better. If any of them read this I hope they understand just how much all of their love means. It helps so much to know that besides myself, this baby has a ton of people who already love it!!!

Well I have to get back to cleaning before mom shows up! Hope y'all have a GREAT Tuesday!!

I've had a few eurekas and revelations in the past two days.

I love them.
They are fantastic.
Especially mine. Both of them.
I called my Grammy. My moms mom. I spent two hours and sixteen minutes talking with her. We haven't talked that long in a very very very long time. It was great, and so much fun. So now not only am I gong to be calling my mom almost every day, I'll also be talking to my Grammy at least two to three times a week.

While talking to my Grammy I had several confirmations. And there will be quite a few changes in my life. At some point I met tell you ALL of them, but for now, just one step at a time.

I'll be starting a diet tomorrow; very exciting and I'll be stepping my game up at work with the management program AND sales. Major stepping up of my game.

Okay! Gotta take some 'before pictures' and get groceries.

Wednesday Short Story

Well technically it's Thursday but I won't tell if you don't.. ;)

•I am enjoying my promotion. Even with the stress
•I am so thankful to have firefighter friends I can take my extra food I will never eat too.
•loving my iPhone4.
•I'm immensely enjoying the start of the summer nights. I'm sitting on my balcony finishing up the rough-rough draft of my english paper. It feels fantastic(I'm wearing running shirts and a sweatshirt :] ).
•I'm buying furniture tomorrow(or Friday, probably tomorrow)!!!
•I've decided I am probably going to paint a three rooms of my apartment.
•I've decided that even though i have some amazing friends in Washington county, I need a few more in Benton county..
