a VERY important pregnancy exercise

Kegels. 
These are great for pregnancy and even if you are not pregnant!! Personally I suggest starting these as soon as you find out you are pregnant. They are great at helping control bladder and bowel movements, can help with sexual pleasures, as well as possibly help with non tearing while giving birth.
Some prenatal yoga dvds will have kegels as an exercise practiced. You can this while driving, sitting at work, pretty much anywhere. If you do nothing else, please do these!
