FoamFest Weekend {May3}

This is a beautiful picture my sitter sent me while I was working. No lie, when I receive pictures of my little love it makes my day go by so much faster,  while keeping me sane.

Friday
It was so nice to be greeted by warm weather when I was finally off of work. Arkansas is great at fluctuating temperatures in spring.
LittleMiss and I met up with a few friends at First Friday.  It was so much fun. We saw Mark Twain and his wife,  he seemed like quite the gentleman.
Then we saw Cinderella!
 Only she did not have on the correct shoes, I was tremendously disappointed

waiting in line at my favorite food truck I had a grand view of all the children dancing to the live bands. LittleMiss had fun sitting with my friends. They let her dance and clap and play with their sunglasses.
Before the fun really started I had to get LittleMiss something cooler to wear.  Thankfully I found this adorable FEED shirt for her. The best part was that just buy purchasing it we were able to help provide 16 meals for those in need around the world.
They even had real horses!!

Our next first Friday stop was to watch TANGLED {one of my favorites}. Really it's 70% of why we went  ;)
I love Pascal.

it was fantastic to wake up to so many smiles the next next day..
I just really love this picture of her waking up from a nap.

I had bought new glasses when I purchased her FEED shirt and she loved them.
Really she loves all sunglasses;  they're so chewy and Shiney and bending, best of all she can see her reflection.
My fantastic job offers a test night just for  working there, so that we can accurately inform others who are curious or even spread the word to our friends about how great it is.

which it is pretty awesome.

Manic Monday

It is quite a rainy day here I NWA.

I love it .

I would have loved it more if my relief would have been on time to work, and LittleMiss hadn't been so terribly fussy when I finally arrived home. It is okay though, she is going through a lot. Her  canines are about to bust through, she's going through a leap, and it's a rainy day.  Just like me she gets sleepy easy on rainy days. So much so in fact that I had to lay her down early {which is I am able to type this up}.

Hopefully you are ready to be bombarded with several long posts. I promise I'm trying to get better at blogging! If you are a parent you understand that finding time is not the easiest!

{Best part about right now: listening to Disney soundtracks, while the window is open and I can hear the beautiful rain falling down. The only thing that could make it better would be LittleMiss sleeping where I could actually see her.}

Alrighty! Get ready for a  few long posts!!!

9Months??

See that sass?? Yeah she my daughter, 100%, there is no doubt.

((Also while I have your attention, there are two or three other posts I have fallen asleep writing at least twice. But this one takes president.))

Todsy is my little loves 9month birthday. :))
Every day I am proud to be her mommy.

Since it was a rainy-stormy day the daycare kids stayed inside and had art time. I'm so beyond thankful her teacher sends me pictures. Especailly beautiful gems like the above. Even though LittleMiss wanted to try eating the paint she had a good time playing with it. I can but wait to give her spaghettii.
Now I wasn't really looking forward to Mother's Day this year(more on that later), but this card made everything better. I came home to it and had to try very hard not to cry. First card 'from LittleMiss'. The absolute best {yet}.
Once I got home and ate almost everything in sight it was cuddle time!! We watched Mulan, I sang every song and the wee one was hooked to it for about 80% of the movie. She had a few tiny bites if a tiny brownie after her dinner.
Boy I boy did she have a blast. I will do almost anything to hear that amazing, heart warming, pure giggle of hers. When I am having a bad day, when I feel like I can't hold on to anything anymore, God sends me that giggle. It's fantastic how she smiles like I do, with her whole face.

The next best part came when I wrapped her up in her little monster towel(which was fitting because she was very much done with bath time when she was done). She thought it was the neatest.

It's do beautiful the little person she is becoming. We had leap this week, I don't know exactly what it was but LittleMiss has changed. Her movements are more controlled, her ability to change focus immediately on things, as well as her words. LittleMiss loves food. She will try and generally eat anything. Although it took a few tries before peas enticing.

Anytime we see a dog she will burst into a smirk and a laugh. Especially if they bark at something or do a trick.

Any and every music can make this gorgeous girl smile, baby dance and clap. Especially blues, rock, and country. And Christian. As long as there is guitar and real instruments, she is happy.

Crawling has yet to happen. This girl is stubborn. She wants to do it, she could do it, but then she gets annoyed about being on her tummy. :/

I can't wait to see what leaps she makes within this month.
